Grounds Maintenance Inspections
An attempt is being made to inspect the quality and frequency of grounds maintenance work on a regular basis. These resident inspections have only been occurring since June 2022. A few inspections were made sporadically before that date but showing the results of these to Hyde only led to blitzing of the estate grounds followed by a return to the previous behaviour; they are included here to show how things have continued to deteriorate. The hope is that this record will serve to improve the grounds and reduce charging for work not done or which is not done to a reasonable standard. Note that inspections ceased mid 2024 due to lack of interest. They may restart if time allows. [Update: restarted mid 2025...]
